  • Designed for smallest possible size, lowest cost and highest performance
  • Use of flat helix winding for minimum winding loss
  • Flat Top for reliable surface mounting placement
  • Core material rated at 250 deg C
  • Made with powder core material with distributed air gaps and low core loss
  • 200 deg C temperature rating on insulation of winding
  • Hi-Pot : core and windings at 300 Vrms

  • Inductance : 0.3 uH +- 20% ( Inductance meter set at 100 Khz, 0.01V )
  • Maximum current rating: 60 Amperes
  • DC Resistance : 0.4 milli ohms max.
  • Hi-Pot : 300 Vrms between winding and core ( tested for 2 sec at 5 mA)
  • Insulation material of flat wire: polyimide material. rated at 200 deg C
  • Winding and core are filled with high temperature epoxy ( 600 deg C rated ) for maximum heat transfer out.
