Systems Analyst +
Coil Winding Specialist is expanding on technological projects and needs more resources to keep up to date with todays technology. Along with these projects, current product line will be updated helping generate additional online sales.
Job duties of SYSTEMS ANALYST:
Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Improve the entire E-commerce strategy from a new flow, to implement a new UI template integrated to a new back end
Consult with managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organization
Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Create a long-term P/L plan to make these changes.
Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems. Bring the company into the Mobile App era, developing Apps to connect to their Devices
Design and implement new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software. Microcontroller integration for their equipment (Atmel, Renasas)
Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization
Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected
Train the systems end users and write instruction manuals
Electrical Engineer +
The electrical engineer will prepare, develop, and review a test plan and verify test results of the lighting and chassis related electrical/electronic components to meet the various customers requirements timely. The engineer manage Tier-2 supplier and validation schedule. The engineer is also required to take proper actions against the validation problems that occur during the development and mass production stage to implement target hardware and software devices in a timely manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide new project process for all electronic, electro-mechanical and electrical parts
Lead technical design reviews
Understand test phases and determine test item to be performed
Maintain and work within development schedule
Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues at prototype and pre-production
Create and execute system level validation test plan in exterior lighting related electrical components
Support assembly process and DV/PV testing
Support supplier’s component DV/PV testing
Resolve DV/PV testing issues
Job Requirements
II-3-1. Preferred Ability
Work experience in developing E/E devices
Work experience in Automotive E/E validation
Hardware Design/Engineering Experience
II-3-2. Education
BSEE (Electrical Engineering) or higher
BSCS (Computer Science), BSCE (Computer Engineering); or equivalent
II-3-3. Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledgeable of Electric circuitry
Use of PCB Design software a plus
Use of Electric Circuit Simulation a plus
Use of Business Software (MS Office)
Strong verbal and written communication
